Gas South Wins Enlightened Employer Award

ATLANTA, Ga. (August 30, 2024) – Gas South received the Enlightened Employer Award at The Gwinnett Chamber’s Moxie Awards, distinguishing itself from a competitive pool of 130 finalists.

The Moxie Awards celebrate Metro Atlanta’s women who make significant impacts in their workplaces and communities. The Enlightened Employer Award recognizes a forward-thinking company that fosters a culture of inclusion and diversity.

“Receiving this award highlights the dedication and passion our team at Gas South has for creating an empowering and inclusive workplace,” said Jenni Hawkins, vice president of Customer Care. “We value being better together and we’re proud to champion the growth and success of women at Gas South.”

The Moxie Awards feature seven categories that honor employers who support women in business, along with individual leaders, innovators, emerging talents, and community advocates. This year, Jenni Hawkins, Michelle Pierce, and Leah Bilz accepted the award on Gas South’s behalf.
