Who can I refer to Gas South?
Anyone who is not already a Gas South customer!
How do I refer my friend to Gas South?
  • Log on to your Gas South Online Account profile
  • Click “Menu” in the top right corner of your screen
  • Select “Refer a Friend” in the dropdown options
  • Copy the URL and share with your friends by pasting the link via email or text message
  • Can my friend call to sign up with Gas South?
    This incentive is only available for online enrollments. New customers can sign up for Gas South service by clicking on your personal referral link.
    How will I know if my friend enrolled?
    When one of your friends uses your personal link to sign up with Gas South, we will send you an email confirming their enrollment and your applied bill credit to your account.
    How do I receive my reward?
    Once your friends enroll with Gas South, the $50 credit will be applied to your next bill.
    What do I get for making the referral?
    For each new customer you refer to Gas South using your personal referral link, you will receive a $50 bill credit, which will be applied to your next bill.
    What does my friend get when they sign up?
    They’ll receive $50 in bill credits. $5 will be applied to each Gas South bill for the first 10 months they are a customer.
    Is there a limit on the number of referrals I can make?
    There is no limit on the number of referrals a Gas South customer can make! And even if you earn more than your bill amount, your credit will roll over to your next billing month.
