On the Dashboard page is a "Share" widget. .

When selecting the email option, simply type in the chosen recipient, amend the message if you desire and send. You are also able to import contacts from Yahoo or Google mailboxes. When selecting the Facebook or Twitter option, your referral link will be automatically generated into a post or tweet. .

In addition, you can also copy your link (shown below) and paste it into any of your own communications or integrate it with a website.

Yep! You can create a unique, friendly share code that appears after Share.GasSouth.com. To edit your referral link, follow these steps:

• Go to the Partner Portal
• Find your current share link in the top right corner of the page (see image below)
• Click the pencil and edit your share code
• Click save, and you’re all set!

Please note: If you decide to customize your default share code, your former referral links will no longer be active.

A successful referral occurs when a homebuyer clicks your provided unique link and enrolls as a Gas South customer online. Your $50 reward will be directly deposited to either your PayPal or personal bank account once the enrollment process is complete.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you may make. You will receive $50 for any homebuyer who clicks your shared link and enrolls with Gas South online. So, if you refer two people and they both enroll with Gas South, you will receive $100, and so on!

Although sharing your unique link is the most efficient means of executing referrals, when you have a homebuyer who must call in, have them call 888-965-3494, mention promo code WELCOME, and ensure they have your name and are able to spell it correctly.

Within the portal, on the left-hand toolbar click “Stats.” From this page, you are able to track shares and clicks on your unique links to inform you of how much interest you are getting and which times and social media/email channels are working best for you. You are also able to monitor individual commissions and pay-out data. Also, the system will email you when you earn a commission to keep you up to date!

Note: shares made outside of the portal will not be captured in your stats.

This program is designed for homebuyers, and not for rental properties.

Recommend Gas South face-to-face first, then follow up by sharing your unique link so their enrollment is credited to you seamlessly.

Use all available assets and digital channels available to you.

Share often, as Tweets and Facebook posts are typically engaged with for only 18 minutes and 90 minutes respectively after being posted.

All payments are made by direct deposit to your PayPal account.

Within the portal under your account settings, link your PayPal.

In order to receive rewards via PayPal, you must have an active PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com. To link your Real Estate Partner Program account to your PayPal, log in to your portal at https://realestate.gas-south.com/login/ and click the "Account" option under your name in the top right corner of the page.

Once in your account settings, there's an option to enter the email address connected to your PayPal account. After you’ve entered your email, we'll be able to make payments directly into your PayPal account as soon as a successful referral occurs.

When a homebuyer joins online using your provided unique link, their first bill will automatically include a $100 credit. If they have questions about their bill, you can also direct them to our helpful guide on how to read their gas bill.

• Paid to date: This is the total amount that has been paid into your PayPal account or directly deposited via Dwolla to date
